Flying Air Balloons

Adding Flying Air Balloons to Tamriel. 2 versions: Red and Blue. Optionally you can replace Flying Ships with Balloons.

Installation：

• Install with a mod manager. (Vortex or Mod Organizer 2)
• ESL-flagged
