Feedback and Support

There are multiple ways to give a feedback:

  • Leave a comment on Patreon.
  • Commenting on our website.
  • Contact via Discord “feedback-support” channel. (Prefered)

Please provide more details if possible when submitting issues, such as screenshots and mods versions. And please don’t leak any personal information! Double check before you send any data!

Note: Patreon comment section is for short comment or brief feedback only. Comments with multiple links will be ignored and removed. Please send screenshots via Discord.

Refund Policy

Starting from April 1st, 2024, a new refund policy will be implemented and take effect.

Before you decide to make a Refund request, you can ask for help on Patreon or Discord “feedback-support” channel. I will try to help you fix the issue. If the the issue persists, you can make a Refund request.

Refund Request

For members who have been a paid member on my Patreon for more than 6 months, you can send a Refund Request to me on Patreon, with the following format:

ID: [Your Patreon ID]
Email: [Your Email]
Refund: [Your Refund Reason]

Available Refund Reasons:

  • “I forgot to cancel” — Will Refund for the latest 1 month. will do an activity review.
  • “My account was hacked” — Will Refund for the latest 1~3 months, you need a proof.
  • “Critical situation” — Will Refund for the latest 1~6 months with valid proof, and this option is only available for members who have been paid members for more than 12 months. Additionally, you must provide legitimate proof, such as an attorney letter or federal court order.

Support Platform:

  • Patreon: You need to send requests via Patreon DM.

Refund Deadline

Requests must be initiated within 2 months after the payment is processed. This policy is set by Patreon and creators do not have options to change. Thank you for understanding. However, if you have other fair and logical reasons, please contact me with an attorney letter, and I will review and process the refund regardless of the refund deadline, however 3 months is the maximum.

Refund Processing

Once the Refund Request is received, I’ll process the refund on Patreon as soon as possible, usually within 2 weeks. However, in some cases, it may take longer (up to 2 months or more).

I’ll notify you on Patreon or Discord when the refund is completed on my end. If you don’t see the refund, please contact Official Patreon support or your bank first. Please note that transaction fees may be incurred during the refund process, which may be charged by Patreon or their partners.

List Your Mods

If you’re interested in listing your mod on our website, please let us know. To be eligible, your mod must be publicly available and have minimal dependencies.
