Comments Section

The comments system is provided by Giscus, built on Github Discussions. It is not migratable, and all comments can be removed if a new system is implemented. A Github account is required to post a comment. By using the comments system, you agree to the following rules:

  • Do not engage in spamming activities.

Mod Creators

Mod creators are the authors of the mods. If the website admins acquire the necessary permissions, new Creator profiles will be added to the Creators page. The information provided in these profiles, including photos, social links, and released mods, is public. The admins will verify the links before adding them to the website to ensure they are working and belong to the Creators. If there are no links in the profile, it means we are still working on acquiring the permission or the Creator does not have social links.

By clicking on external links and accessing third-party content, you assume the responsibility for all of your interactions and activities on third-party platforms. The admins and other mod creators do not accept any responsibility whatsoever.

The following restrictions apply to your use of the Service:

  1. You are not allowed to reproduce, repack, or modify any Content except with the explicit authorization of the original mod creators or with the written permission of the Rights holders.
  2. You are not allowed to access the content using any automated means, such as harmful robots.
  3. You are not allowed to collect or harvest any information that might identify a person, such as usernames, social links, or profile pictures.
  4. You are not allowed to claim ownership or copyright of the Creators’ content.

Mod creators are solely responsible for ensuring that their work does not infringe on existing copyrights. They assume all liability and consequences for any copyright violations, and this website and its administrators shall not be held jointly or severally liable.

Credits will be provided in mod posts, acknowledging the original creators. However, posts may be hidden or deleted if:

  • a) The original mod creator requests removal
  • b) The rights holders (publishers, studios, developers) request removal
  • c) The website administrators decide to remove the content
  • d) The website is undergoing updates

Permissions of TalesOfStar Mods

This section outlines the permissions and restrictions for using mods created by TalesOfStar.

  1. Distribution Rights: You are permitted to distribute the mods only if you (or your team) operate your own website. This permission is exclusive to your website. Do not reupload the mods to platforms like Patreon, Nexusmods, or similar sites, as TalesOfStar is already present on those platforms. You may, however, provide a link to talesofstar.com or TalesOfStar’s Patreon.

  2. User Restrictions: Users are not allowed to reupload the mods to any sites.

  3. Stricted Display: Under no circumstances should the mods be displayed or showcased on websites that are cluttered with ads, popups, harmful scripts, or hidden links.You are not permitted to display TalesOfStar mods on NSFW sites.

  4. File Security: You are not allowed to modify the original files or formats used by TalesOfStar. We only use .7z 7-zip for compressed archives. If you encounter a different format, it may indicate a compromised file.

  5. Armor and Outfit Mods: TalesOfStar creates mods exclusively for CBBE+3BA body types. If you wish to convert them to other body types, you must first read and agree to these Terms of Use, and you assume all liability for any modifications made to the files.

  6. Agreement to Terms: By downloading and using the mods, you agree to the “Permissions and Restrictions for Users” outlined above, and these terms apply to the permission agreement in this section.

About this Agreement

By accessing this website, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you should stop using this website immediately.
