BG3 Orin The Red

It’s my first quest mod: Orin The Red.

A small quest lead you to investigate a murder…retrieve a powerful Relic, encounter dangerous bosses and get rewarded with cool weapon and outfit. Quest “inspired” by Baldur’s Gate 3.

Requirements:

• CBBE

• 3BA

• BodySlide and Outfit Studio   (optional)

• Faster HDT-SMP  (need this to make the outfit smp work)

Installation：

• Install with a mod manager. (Vortex or Mod Organizer 2)

• *ESL-flagged*

2 versions available: Quest version; Outfit+Weapon only version. Choose only one.

Quest version guide [Spoiler]:

1. The Quest “Bloodthirst” will start automatically when the game loads.

2. Go to Whiterun Guards House, find and read a “Note”…the quest will tell what’s next.

3. Head to Volskygge to investigate the murder (coc Volskygge01)

4. Eliminate Orin in Broken Fang Cave (coc BrokenFangCave01)

5. During the quest, don’t forget to grab the keys, read the notes, everything should be fine.

6. Cool rewards: A Weapon + Outfit

->How the Relic works?

• The “Bloodthirst” Dagger has built in dark power, which deals 75 Blood Loss for 5 seconds, but 2 conditions must match: 1) You have acquired a NetherStone, must be in your inventory;2) Your “Magica ≥ 50%”. Otherwise the weapon only serves as a normal dagger that deals 5 damage.

Only Outfit+Weapon version:

• No quest in this version, for those who just prefer outfits&weapons.

• The items can be found in Broken Fang Cave, there’s a chest. Or just use Simple Item Spawner to grab them. Not craftale.
